There is a $15 fee per witness should they be provided by Loris Jones Notary Services. You are welcome to provide a witness of your own at no additional charge if the witness meets the conditions per the State of Texas and has valid identification. Please note that for estate planning signings, the fee per witness may exceed $15 depending on the complexity of the documents and the number of witnesses required.
